Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $375 get free shipping with some exceptions. Free shipping only applies to products that can be shipped UPS zones 1 and 2. It does not apply to products that must be delivered via common carrier.
  • By placing an order, you are agreeing to pay freight charges from UPS or the motor freight company that your products are being shipped through. Those charges are determined by those representative companies, not by MMS Sales. MMS Sales has no control over these charges.
  • There is a $10 handling fee per order. Some companies charge per item or per "box". Their fees add up quickly with large orders. We believe the more you buy, the more you should SAVE.
  • Orders received and entered by 10 a.m. EST will ship usually same business day (allow 2-3 business days from date of shipment for delivery)
  • Orders received after 10 a.m. EST usually ship the next day (allow 2-3 business days from the date of shipment for delivery)
  • We do not ship to APD/FPO Addresses or P.O. BOXES
  • If your order qualifies for free freight but also contains one or more ineligible products, you will be charged shipping fees for ineligible products.
  • Also note our common carrier rate is based on having tractor trailer access with a loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or fork lift.
  • Additional charge will be added if lift gate is needed or arrangements for other special needs must be made.
  • The driver will not be able to assist with the unloading of the item. Please have the necessary manpower available to receive your items with limited delay to the driver.
