Return Policy
  • All Orders are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

  • You may return most items sold by MMS Sales, LLC within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, complete the Return Form (above) to notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles.

  • We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
    • Any Closeout item.
    • Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
